Unfortunately we do not except exchanges (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.You will have 7 days to contact us. Item must be unworn and unused in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Spica Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS and file a claim.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for any of our press-on nail designs, Unless there  is a defective issue or the item is damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 
All sets are nonrefundable. Items are custom made and made to order (MTO)

Cancellations

After placing you order if you wish to cancel you have 24hrs before it will be considered nonrefundable.
